Not satisfied with your order or ordered the wrong size? No worries! At Ethel & Harold, you can return or exchange your order within 30 days of delivery.
Returns — 4 Easy Steps
- Send an email to support@ethelandharold.com. Our team will send you a return form. Please read the return conditions carefully before proceeding.
- Fill out the return form completely.
- Ship your item(s) and the completed return form to the address provided. You are responsible for return shipping costs and must include a Track & Trace code.
- Once we receive your return, we will refund your purchase within 5 business days.
Exchanges for Size — 4 Easy Steps
- Email support@ethelandharold.com with your order number and the correct size you'd like. Our team will send you an exchange form.
- Fill out the exchange form.
- Ship the incorrect item(s) and the completed form to the address provided. Make sure the package includes a Track & Trace code.
- We'll send out the correct size once your return is received and processed.
Exchanges for Damaged Items — 4 Easy Steps
- Email support@ethelandharold.com with clear photos or a short video showing the damaged item, along with a brief description of the issue.
- Once we review and confirm the issue, we’ll process a free replacement.
- A new replacement item will be shipped to you at no extra cost.
- You will receive new tracking details once your replacement has been dispatched.
Important Notes
- A completed return/exchange form must be included in the package.
- Contact us at support@ethelandharold.com to request a form.
- If the return is due to a change of mind or incorrect size, customers are responsible for shipping costs.
- If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item), Ethel & Harold will cover the return shipping.
