From the moment your purchase is confirmed, our team begins preparing it with great care — picking, packing, and double-checking everything by hand.

Because of this thoughtful and fast-paced process, we kindly ask that any order cancellations be made within 3 hours of placing your order. Within this brief window, we’re still able to catch your package before it enters our fulfillment flow.

After 3 hours, your order will likely already be in motion — either being packed or handed off to our shipping partner. At that stage, changes or cancellations are no longer possible. We truly appreciate your understanding, and we hope you know that we don’t make this decision lightly. Our system is designed for efficiency and precision, ensuring your item arrives as quickly and beautifully as intended.

We understand that sometimes minds change or mistakes happen — maybe a size was selected in a hurry or a gift was ordered a bit too soon. While we can’t guarantee a cancellation, we promise to do whatever we can to help — even if it’s assisting with a return or exchange once your package arrives.
